Two streams, one share
What is distributed
An epoch distributes the tokenized stocks purchased through its Stock Pot and the $WORKS released by its Works Pot.
The output is an asset allocation, not a quoted yield or a projected cash return. The exact assets and quantities come from verified purchases and mint proceeds associated with that epoch.

Active at the production boundary
Eligible Machines
Distribution is allocated across active Machines that carry protocol-recorded weight for the epoch. A dormant Machine has no active weight and therefore no share of the active-weight denominator.
A Machine activated after an epoch has settled receives no share of it. Weight participates from the moment it is recorded forward, never retroactively.

A tokenized stock that becomes non-transferable through a restriction outside the protocol cannot block the claim of any other asset, and a balance that fails to transfer stays credited to the Machine rather than being lost.
The same weight share
Two distribution streams
The $WORKS stream comes from the distributable half of Machine mint payments held in the Works Pot. The tokenized-stock stream comes from purchases funded by protocol fees through the Stock Pot.
Both streams use the same Machine share at settlement. The assets and amounts reflect the output available in that epoch; the distribution formula does not create additional balances.

Foundry is the distribution surface. It organizes current epoch output, the connected owner’s share, Machine allocations, distributed assets, and distribution history when those values exist in verified protocol state.
